  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you may receive tracking information so you can track your package until it reaches you.

Incorrect Address

Return Policy (7 Days)

We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged by misuse
